Compound Overview

Glow Blend is a multi-peptide research formulation combining GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1), TB-500 (Thymosin β4 Fragment), and BPC-157 in a single lyophilized preparation. Unlike a single molecular entity, Glow Blend is a co-formulated investigational product designed to facilitate laboratory studies involving extracellular matrix biology, tissue remodeling, angiogenesis, and cellular signaling. This formulation contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg TB-500, and 10 mg BPC-157 per vial, although no standardized formulation exists across suppliers.

Researchers have investigated each constituent peptide independently in studies of collagen biology, fibroblast activity, cytoskeletal organization, angiogenesis, wound repair mechanisms, and inflammatory signaling. While the combination has gained popularity as a research blend, there are currently no controlled published studies evaluating Glow Blend itself as a single investigational formulation. Accordingly, scientific evidence is derived from the individual literature supporting each peptide rather than the blend as a whole.

As an investigational formulation, Glow Blend supports laboratory research involving peptide interactions, extracellular matrix biology, molecular pharmacology, regenerative biology, and peptide combination studies.

Laboratory Handling

Store refrigerated immediately upon receipt to preserve peptide stability. For extended laboratory storage, freezing at −20°C or below is recommended. Protect the lyophilized formulation from moisture, excessive heat, and direct light. Following reconstitution, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, as these may reduce the stability of one or more peptide components. Allow the vial to equilibrate to room temperature before opening to minimize condensation, and always use sterile laboratory equipment together with appropriate aseptic laboratory techniques. This formulation is intended exclusively for qualified research personnel operating in controlled laboratory environments.

  4. Combination Research: At present, no controlled peer-reviewed studies have evaluated the Glow Blend (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157) as a single formulation. Current scientific rationale is based on the individual published literature for each constituent peptide rather than direct investigation of the combined formulation.
